Pet Policy - 

• We are a pet friendly community that allows a maximum of 2 animals per unit. Fees for pets include a $200 non-refundable pet fee, a $300 pet deposit, and a $50 monthly charge per pet. 
•  We have breed restrictions that include Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepard, Husky, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, and/or any mixes of these breeds.
• These restrictions/fees do not apply for approved service or assistance animals.

• Yes, fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds are allowed with registration and management approval.

• We have free parking in unassigned parking spaces throughout the community. We also have Carport options for $40 per month and Garage options for $100 per month. 

• We have a monthly utility fee that covers water, sewer, and trash of $30. All other utilities including renters’ insurance and NIPSCO services for gas and electric are paid separately to those individual providers. 

• Qualification requirements include making 3x the base rent in income monthly of the unit you choose to apply for. Once you know the floorpan you desire, please click "Availability" and then "Apply Now" on your desired unit. 
• Application Fees include a $150 administrative fee, a $40 application fee per adult living in the unit, and a $300 hold deposit that will go towards your total security deposit at move-in.

• We do have an option for breaking your contract early that would come with a required fee of 2x your monthly rent with a 60-day notice or a fee of $2500 with a 30-day notice. You can also choose to keep your lease end date as signed and choose not to renew with a required 60-day notice with no extra fee.  

• We have mailboxes in each building for all units to access 24/7. Packages will arrive at the vestibule of your building or your door depending on the service provider.
